We read the reviews on the restaurant and want to try it the first day we're in town. Fully booked and the smell in the restaurant seems very inviting. Try it a week later with a visiting friend. With prior experience of Indian food in HK, our taste buds tell us the food is not authentic, given the adjustment to the European way of eating. The ingredient has not been prepared good enough. Vegetable not chopped fine enough and the lamb does not taste like one. Basically, each plate taste more or less the same.

My wife tries the lassi and it is no comparison with the raw version we had in Nepal and SIngapore. Not quite understand why it scores the best restaurant in town. Later that evening, we go opposite to the restaurant we picked last week for our desserts.
